This property was a very large Victorian residence located in the conservation area of Eaton Square in Monkstown. The building required extensive structural repairs together with a complete renovation and extension. A very tight budget combined with a massive property in need of extensive restorations meant we had to phase the project and chip away over a number of years.
The works included structural alterations, re plumbing, re wiring, as well as the construction of a new extension to the rear, new historic type windows, reconstruction of 2 bay windows to the front, garden works.
